The service
The Site describes ClawPOS products and capabilities and provides an entry point for early access and partnership requests. Interface mock-ups, sample restaurants, sample menus and sample figures are illustrative only and are not a representation of actual results or a promise of returns. Rights and obligations relating to the API, software and related services are governed by a signed written agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful activity, not to upload or distribute unlawful or infringing content, not to scrape the Site at scale by automated means, and not to interfere with or disrupt the security or normal operation of the Site.
Intellectual property
Text, graphics, interfaces and code on the Site are owned by ClawPOS or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. Their content and privacy practices are the responsibility of those third parties and we accept no liability for them.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" for general information only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal or business advice. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or that the Site will always be available.
